My wife and I purchased our first house in November of ‘21 and Joey was the inspector who we choose to complete the home inspection. Joey walked our realtor, my wife, and I around the entire property and discussed with us everything that he had found during his inspection. Based on his findings we were able to make the necessary repairs asap. He also went out of his way to fit us into his schedule as he was leaving on a family vacation the next day. This is the most thorough septic inspection I have ever seen, and I have seen a lot of them. It has always been frustrating for my clients to pay $100 or more to get very little actual inspection results. The scope, the measurements and the drawings make this inspection well worth the money.

Joe explained what he found in the inspection of the home we are looking to purchase. I especially liked the crawlbot footage ofthe crawl space.
